Member Posts: 14 Comments: 1 Joined: 06/07/11	Does anyone have a wiring diagram for an '80 50hp motor? I looked in the downloads and did not see anything. Need to determine what setup I need, I don't see the big red plug inside of the motor and that is what controls I got with my project. Thanks

Member Posts: 1607 Comments: 9 Joined: 05/09/07	If you go to http://shop2.evinrude.com and select your year and hp in the left column, then select ignition system, you'll see that part #34 Motor Cable Assembly seems to be the engine side of the connector you seek to match the shift side.
