If any one here is knowledgeable of the wiring on Yamaha saltwater 2 motor I could use a spot of help. I will be rigging this motor on my project boat. I have the main wire harness the key switch and throttle with trim. These parts all plug up with factory plugs. The question i have is concerning some wires that I believe to go to the smart gauge. I have a black/red, green/red,yellow/red,grey and yellow in a loom off the main harness under the cowl. I have no real idea what each wire is for. I also have two large red wires going to a white colored plug under the cowl that i have no idea what it might be. Looking at the end of this plug it looks like the two bumps on the bottom of a 1157 tail light bulb with the solder bumps on the end for the connection. Many thanks for any information.
