We have a 20 ft Outrage with this engine, 1998 and we were just told the compression is low in 5 out of 6 cylinders by a mechanic. The boat seems to run fine with no problems that we are aware of, does anyone know how long this engine could last before needing alot of work? We do not have many mechanical skills to do anything ourselves. Thanks for your help.
