Your options for the rails are, ebay, someone parting out a boat or having a new set made. If you want to have them made I would look for a company local to you that does that work and see about having a set made.
The drain tubes you can replace with brass tubing from a plumbing supply company. Here is the info for McMaster-Carr but a local supplier should have the tubing and orings- just give them the sizes. http://www.whalercentral.com/photogal...hoto_id=54, you may have to purchase a the two flaring tools or get good with a hammer.
