Member Personal Page Posts: 23 Comments: 0 Joined: 08/21/09	Sorry to add another re-power thread but... I've just completed the remodeling (can't call it restoring) of my 1969 13'. I'd love to replace my 2000 Johnson 30 hp (loud and smokey - AKA 2 stroke) with a new Mercury 25 or 30. Since I just finished rebuilding the cable/pulley steering and control box for my current motor, I'm curious if anyone has repowered and kept their Cable/pulley steering. Also wondering if anyone has taken a new 25 Mercury tiller model and modified to the cable/pulley steering and control box?? Thanks as always - the info on this site has allowed me to make this boat look great!
