Wow, I emailed this gentleman last evening at 9:09PM and received his response 8:54AM today! That's fantastic! He told me my Katama was built at the Rockland, MA factory and delivered to Scotty's Marine in Point Lookout, NY on 2/26/70. He also included a copy of the 1970 sales brochure. Very cool. Apparently Scotty's is still in business. Will give them a call and see if they have the bill of sale on my boat.

Chuck is one of a few Gems here! You will find that Tom Clark is a wealth of info and Sue Lodell at Twin Cities is always willing to help us find the parts we need.
There is always someone here willing to lend a helping hand on finding the info we seek and this site is tops in my book if you have a BW.
