If that doesn't work, you can use Yacht Brite's Buff Magic, and then treat the seats with a protectant. Just be a little careful when using Buff Magic, because it does have a abrasive quality to it. Buff Magic is not cheap, but it is the best all around cleaner/oxidation remover I have found. When I restored my older whaler, I used it to restore the gel coat to it's original shine.
