Member Personal Page Posts: 1086 Comments: 3 Joined: 06/21/10	We had one station here in my local area but according to him on Sept.1, Federal regs went in to effect and he can no longer sell it. I have been told by others that some marinas can still get it and sell it but I don't know this to be factual. I am bummed about this because my 91 Honda accord wagon got 4 MPG better with real gas and it was just 5 cents more at the pump.

Member Personal Page Posts: 31 Comments: 2 Joined: 05/20/10	Price of ethanol free gas bums me out - just paid $3.35 in Cambridge Md for 87 octane, while 10% ethanol is $2.89. I suspect it should have a price premium attached, but that seems excessive. I guess they will charge what we're willing to pay... JH Bahn 1965 Nauset 'Pura Vida'

Member Personal Page Posts: 1086 Comments: 3 Joined: 06/21/10	I live right at the borders of NY, NJ and PA and can be in all three states in a matter of minutes. Although I can't buy Non Ethanol fuel any more I do see price fluctuations worse than what you describe. In NJ 87 octane is $2.70 and in NY the same brand is $3.40. We have to go to one state for fuel and another for groceries and yet another for clothing but we do have that ability due to geographic location.
