I'm looking for dimensions or a template for the under gunnel rod holders on these models. I'm thinking we could almost make a scale drawing that could be printed out and used for a template. Any thoughts on this or dimensions to give? Are these rod holders the same ones used on any other models? I don't believe the one in the parts section is the same one used on the earlier hulls.

You are correct that the under gunwale rod holders are different on the early 1970's Outrages. I also suspect, but am not certain, the rod holders on the 19's may be different from the 21's.
I have a damaged set of originals from my 1973 Outrage 19 which are still good enough for a pattern, which I've been intending to do in the near future. I can also shoot a few photos if you're interested.

Sure that would be great. never hurts to add to the factory parts pictures on here, as well as the possibility of making a template from them. I want to use my 21 some before i go through the added expense of the sadle tanks. So i wouldn't mind having the holders under the gunnels till the. Thanks again

I found the time to do a full scale drawing/tracing of the rod holders over the weekend, and have sent a .pdf to Joe Kriz for posting on this site. If you want this directly, please give me your email address.

It is on the second page and titled Under Gunwale Rod Holders for the Banana Hulls Models...
Thanks Tony....

Just a note to add to this. I got a good look at Nick's(aka bigshot aka the judge) 1976 19 revenge and the 19 bananna boats rod holders are much different than the 21's. Joe you might want to edit it the title of this thread so people don't get confused. So if anyone has a 21 Outrage/Revenge, we still need parts drawings of those holders.
