My father just traded his 17 Montauk for a 1991 Outrage for a better ride to save his back and knees. He had his F115 moved from the Montauk to the Outrage. On the Montauk, the F115 would turn about 5600 at WOT. Now she only turns just barely 5000 and is a bit sluggish with more than 2 people on board. He can not find any numbers on the prop anywhere.
Does anyone have a 17 Outrage I with an F115? What prop are you useing and what RPM do you get.
That is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much. I'll see my dad tomorrow and take a look as what prop he has. Then all have to do is find a Yamaha 19" pitch to try out.
