I actually feel bad, but since you asked, mid 70s all week (77 on Saturday), cloudless skies in San Diego, Whaler is in the slip. There is a big Navy Flyover on this weekend I think a few fellow whalers will meet up and make the 15 mile run from Mission Bay to San Diego. http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/2011/feb/08/north-island-base-celebrates-100-years-flight-open/ should be a great day.

I hope you enjoy yourself Duf. I am going to shovel the garage roof off. I think three feet of snow on what covering the oat may be bad.

Got on Lanier today with my bride. Pushing 60 degrees with a small breeze gusting to 10 mph.

So Duf, how'd it go? Did you do any fishing? How did your boat run?

Lucky dog...lol.

Hey man, we won't be able to come see you in June. My family is coming out from Georgia right when we do the get together. The kids and I were thinking about heading out to see ya in August. Would that be okay?

Trip was excellent guys. ETEC cranked right up (as is normal) and headed to Ski Basin with Trish in tow. Had coordinated with Blender Bob, so he met us there as well. Hung out for the afternoon, stayed out of the water, though i'm sure it wasn't too cold. Was a shorts and tee shirt day, supposed to be close to 80 tomorrow, and 70's rest of the week.

Cliff, Aug is fine, but isn't Bob younger doing something with the Whaler Get to Gether in May?? thought that was the plan after our meet last year.

Great to hear Duf, your Outrage is a wonderful boat!! I've been dreaming about Ski Basin since we left last June.....that was one excellent time. As for the GTG...I haven't heard from Bob either...not sure what he has up his sleeve. If we had it at your house again, that would be A-okay with me.

DonP, Joe Kriz will refer you to adding photos in your personal page. However once in a while he allows you to embed a photo in the thread. You can embed your photo by uploading your picture in a photo hosting service like PhotoBucket, then once it's uploaded there...copy the image address that pops up next to the photo in Photobucket and then paste it in your response on this site. That's how we are able to post photos into the threads themselves.

Cleaning up Whaler after a rough winter even down south here. What a great weekend here in Florida. Sun and in high 60s low 70s. Made me get the charger on the whaler battery. Although the T/T works fine without charger I felt it is a good idea to be sure she is topped off before heading out to the lake to run fresh gas through her.

I think we ALL look forward to this spring in the US after the winter goes back up north, way up north.

But it IS a WHALER.
