Yep! A keelguard, battery box straps and new decals including the harpoons that go down each side below the gunnells. Santa even brought my daughter a new life jacket and a Penn battle II combo.

Took it to the lake to get all the salt off the trailer, boat, and really flush out the engine. All the lakes are way up! Happy New Year !!

For us guys in the cold weather states this thread should be renamed, "What did you do for your Whaler this winter".

November: Shopped for Yamaha F70 repower

December: repowered 1995 15 foot Dauntless with new Yamaha F70, controls, and gauges. Saw it run in 38 degree weather only to have it winterized without any sea trial. Boy am I counting the days for spring!

January: received new windshield fabricated by UPD Plastics, (6 week wait). and ordered new Powertech SCD3 SS Prop.

Coming Soon in February: Lots of polishing, windshield installation, prop installation, and general, "Spring Commissioning".

Took the whaler out on a winter outing. Bundled the oldest son and the father inlaw up and did a little prawning. Good scrub down then back into the warm shop for new nonskid.

I removed 4 inches of ice from the boat as my cover had an obvious leak (still haven't found the hole) and I had forgot to remove the drain plug. A mistake that I shall not make again.
The mold and mildew was extreme but the boat is pristine clean again.

Checked to see if any rodents had taken up house in the boats. None did, the Irish Spring soap seems to work and one boat has dryer(Bounce) that seem to work too.
All are dry the snow, ice, rain didn't infiltrate. All is well and all we need now is winter to be over.

Montauk: New battery, oil change, took it for a ride, removed all wood for refinish, pressure wash, put cover back on.

Outrage 240: 2 new tires (damn that boat is heavy - tires were flat- destroyed my car jack), 2 new macerator pumps installed, battery charge, unclog cockpit drains.

Pressure washed and stained the dock.

Installing new igloo cooler chocks and tie downs. Maybe putting "umpteenth" coat of wax on new Yamaha F70 installed in December and not yet sea trialed.
