I am going to guess that the 22936 number on your title is the stencil number that is someplace under the paint. You might try sending an email to Chuck Bennett (cbennett@whaler.com) with that number and see if he comes up with a date for you. I am going to guess the hull is an early one, either 61 or 62.

He was all fine and dandy until I asked for pics. But in any event I'm glad you are happy with it - it does seem like a great deal. And to give him the benefit of the doubt, if it said 1958 on the title he might not have been misleading us intentionally.
