CES, I told you fishing was good on Lavon during stormy weather! Nice crappie! Nice steelhead too Jeff ! My wife and I are traveling to Spokane next week so she can finally sign off on her dissertation at Gonzaga and I am going to fish some tributaries around Hood River, Oregon for some steelhead as well. A sailing buddy in Corpus sent me some pics of Bahia Marina in Ingleside and it was under water but it did not rise far enough to cover the bottom floor of the apts there. The Bahia office had a bit of water there but I think it is going to be OK. Some communities east of the Houston area got wiped flat. Nothing left standing. God bless 'em. Paul
Paul, as you can probably see in the picture, there are very few clouds in the sky in the background. I think if you look closely, you'll see a beer on my gas tank. I dipped the lure into some beer and i think that may be the REAL reason I caught that record sized fish...... who'd a known we had drunks for fish living in Lake Lavon....lol.
