IF the buyer truly expects this boat to go the advertised 52 mph on the GPS and it doesn't, would he then have grounds for a lawsuit? Any lawyers in the house? Seems to me his ad is very misleading at best and a outright lie at worst. He claimed to have raced offhsore boats, so if this is true, he should know better. Or the boat actually does 52 mph and this is some sort of factory freak 40 yammy that has about 35 hp extra lol
