I am looking for a GPS and would like to keep it under 300 dollars. Would be nice to get a fish finder combo, but not a must. Any recommendations for what kind I should buy? Thanks.

They that give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty or safety.

I have a garmin 188C............It is Color and details are great............If you do get one liket this I have the software to program it for your area if you like amd will gladly do it for you. All you will need to do is send me the card out of it when you get it......
If you up your spending limit to $400. You will have many more possibilities. It seems $399 it the entry on GPS/Sounder combos. I find the only time I use a GPS is at night or to mark fishing holes. I would also suggest to buy local. You get better support than buying off Ebay and your supporting the local community too.
