I have just purchased a 1985 25'W/T Revenge. It has two 150hp outboards. I would like to mount a 9.9 trolling motor. There is no room between the outboards on the transom to mount the trolling motor. Has anyone mastered this problem ? I .would welcome any suggestions.

I own an Outrage 22 with a standard transom. I have a single 200 Suzuki for the main power, with 15 Suzuki for a kicker motor. There is not a lot of room, even with a single main. I think the only way to mount a kicker on a twin engined standard transom is with an auxilliary bracket of some sort.

I noticed that you are new to the site, located in Gig Harbor. Welcome to the board. I am also in the northwest. I live south of you in Shelton. It's nice to see more Northwest people.

Tom Clark, another northwest member, a site moderator, will probably sound in. He has 25 with twin outboards. He may offer his valuable insight.

Don't mean to hijack this thread. I live in the Ballard area of Seattle near the Shilshoal marina and would welcome a NW Whaler roundup if ever one were organized. I have been flying blind (except for this great site) restoring my Montauk with very limited experience and would love to check out other Whalers.

Now, back to the Trolling motor question. Any ideas?!
