I'm installing a pedestal seat mount on the front bulkhead of my Montauk 150. It takes six bolts. Two need to be 6"...no problem, but the remaining four need to be 6.5" and I can't seem to find anything over 6" in either flat head or panhead. Size I'm using is 5/16x18.
You guys must have sources for such things...I've searched the web with no luck.
Here is one way--maybe-- I don`t know your layout. You can buy 5/16 stainless threaded rod I think 24 or 40 inc at Home Depot. Cut the length you need and use locknuts on both ends
Thanks guys, I actually just ordered the stainless threaded rod from McMaster. I would not have though of that solution. Also got some Dremel cut off wheels from them at the same time. I have always liked that company.
