Outrage V20 and Outboard Mounting Height

Has anyone done this and if so, do you have any photos or more in depth descriptions? I'm not exactly sure what "two holes up" refers to. thanks in advance -chris

I have a strange 2-holed washer that is on top of the mounting bracket and probably covers the other holes...I'd be willing to be that if I remove that washer I'll see the same hole setup. thanks for the photo...huge help.
