A local canvass maker can bend one up for you, what fit's better, a custom made suit by a tailor, or one off the rack ? Bimini's are not that expensive to have custom made, it's a better fit as no 2 boats are exactly the same size.
You can order one from Mills but for the revenge they only make the fly top, not a Sun top. I disagree that a local canvas maker can do it cheaper or better. Boats are not like people, boats come from a mold and while there may be small differences those are very tiny. If there were huge differences in the hulls that came out of the mold, how would a manufacture ever order standard parts, like seats, rails, consoles or make find wood interiors. Mills is a top quality manufacture of boat canvas, if you want something they don't make then your only option is a local custom job. If you figure in the price of your time and working with a local person, mills isn't that expensive at all.
I've seen both, I'd go with the canvass maker, it may not be cheaper but, I think they fit and look better. You get what you pay for, and a custom fit is always better.
I have what I believe to be a factory mills top for a revenge that I do not need. I think I have 75.00 in it. Needs a little work with a zipper re-sewn back in or two, but should still have some life left in it.
