You can get this is the proper color from you Whaler Dealer. I am in the process of filling larger holes, 1/2 inch holes from 2 kicker brackets. I am plugging them with epoxy and 1/2" plywood plugs and then finishing the heads off with Spectrum or Marine Tex. I will let you know how they come out.
