i have a 1988 outrage (Whaler) with a 63 gallon gas tank. my tank is under the floor and is 7" deep with a 2" neck. it currently has a mechanical sending unit with a direct read guage. i would like to convert this over to an electric sending unit but am running into issues with the neck of the gas tank on the standard electrical sending unit and when i considered just changing the direct read guage over to a direct read conversion capsule i can't find the right size. has anybody dealt with this? jorders
