I haven't seen any, did BW offer one? I assume I'd have to get one custom made. Has anyone had that done? How did it come out, about how much did cost?

You can get a new OEM from the OEM supplier (Halls) for $200.oo

This one is an OEM from a Newer Classic. The one for your year would be the same shape however, it would be made from the parchment color vinyl with brown piping.

Thank you Jeff, I'll look into that. How does it attach? Snaps on the bottom? The current cushions for the boat are not original, so white will probably work. Good website to bookmark.

Here's one on my 1987 17-Montauk:

The piping looks black, but OEM is dark brown. I added 6-inch straps to the front, and snap it to the underside of the anchor locker cover.

Old thread - but similar topic. I just got a new OEM Anderson Bow Cushion for my 1989 Montauk.

The snap configuration is such that it basically has 2 snaps per corner and mulitple snaps at the front and rear. While this seems like a very secure set up, I wanted to see how I can secure it with minimal drilling for the male snap end.

I like the idea mentioned on this thread re: using a strap under the anchor locker

I am curious to hear what others have done to secure the bow cushion with the minimal use of snaps? Any pics to share?

BTW - The quality of the Anderson Bow Cushion is very impressive (and for all their cushions). My bow cushion now matches my Anderson RPS cushion and cooler cushion tan with brown piping same OEM color combo that the cushions my Whaler originally came with.
