Many people seem to get good results from this and avoid a rebuild... My Yamie is 18 years old and runs very well. I Use Seafom in a high concentration beginning of the season, then as an additive in the tank later in the season. BTW I was drove through your town "Kaneohe" on a drive around the island while on vacation a few years years ago That bay was spectacular from what I remember. Good Luck alohajim wrote: Thanks. I ordered the parts for just cleaning and partial refurb. Will also do the Seafoam thing, too. Might as well go the whole hog and do a good job. Yea. Kaneohe Bay is the nicest boating area in the state. It's large and the sandbar in the middle goes on for acres. Perfect for small boats.
