We don't have any provisions for a 2nd personal page.
With that said I'd also say that there shouldn't be any obligatory overwrite of material you already have. You can add virtually any amount of material but are, at this time, limited to 20 images. The limit on the amount of allowable images can, and likely will, be changed but there is no limit I know of for text.
