When I go to the member profile page there are two links
"View all posts by this member" and "View all threads by this member"
I was thinking that they would show me threads started by Jeff or a listing of all posts by Jeff, especially since I was viewing Jeff's profile. I was looking for a thread Jeff started so I figured this would be a faster way to find it than using search. Sadly, that was not the case, they actually show all the posts I have made and the threads I have started?
Not sure if that was the intended result but that is the what you get?
Yes, you are correct and you are the first one to notice....
We have been working on these two links and have not advertised them yet...
We were sorta doing this in the background and testing them...
We just haven't had time to finish getting this 2 links working properly yet...
A good winter project for us....
The 2 links should show the threads and posts for the user profile you are viewing instead of your own threads and posts....
Thanks for bringing it to our attention and we hope to have these 2 links working sometime this winter.... We obviously need to tweak the code in order to point these links to the correct database information...
It's generally my job to beat up on things and see if I can get them to break or see if they are working properly.
I think we can turn that job over to you now as you are finding the little things we are working on........
Both Mike and I have been busy with many other things lately....
The Holiday season is here too so this little, not so finished, project will most likely have to wait until after the first of the year...
