Member Posts: 2 Comments: 0 Joined: 04/22/23	hello everyone, i'm about to repower my 1974 montauk 17 (which iv'e owned for 30 years) still has the original merc 85 no power trim motor - i bought a new yam f70 after reading many posts (wanted to keep the weight down) i'm looking for help on what i need to purchase for controls/wiring also i'm thinking of going with a garmin 742xs (or similiar) that can be used in place of tac and speedo gauges. so far i'm looking at - control box - 704-48205-ro main wire harness- 688-8258-60-00 (20') single engine key switch 704-82570-12-00 do i need ? command link in line hub assembly 704-82570-12-00 command link/command link plus gateway mar-gtway-kt-20 main buss harness pigtail harness also any thoughts on if it's best to stay oem? thanks any help would be much appreciated!
