The bilge pump (Attwood Sahara S1100) on my 2016 180 Dauntless quit. I pulled the top off the pump, checked the impeller, and it spins OK and no obstructions seen in the strainer. There is no light on the helm rocker manual-on switch, so I suspect a blown fuse or circuit breaker. The wiring diagram shows a 5 amp protection on the 12V supply. But where is it? Near the pump, bound up in the 1" plastic wiring organizer, but not visible without undoing it? Or is it in the breaker box, located where? Thanks!

On page 4-14 of the Owner's Manual, the Componet Reset Breakers are illustrated on Figure 4.4.1. See below.

If you do not have the owners manual, you can download it here and print it out.

If not corrected, inspect the electrical connections at the pump. Remove the pump and test directly to the battery. Replace the butt connectors.

Consider replacing the auto sensing pump with separate units.

Thanks, Phil. I’ve pushed the clear reset button on top of the black bilge box, but no joy. Do you have to remove it to access a replaceable part?

Pull the pump and connect it to the battery directly. Could be dead.

Thanks all. Pulled the pump out. Impeller was stuck but I was able to free it up. Pump worked when connected directly to battery. Since the boat is ~ 6 years old (salt water use), after reading a few posts about expected life of a bilge pump, I installed a new one. I bought the same model so installation was easy. All good now.
