fuel tank vapor inside bilge area.

Member Posts: 1 Comments: 0 Joined: 06/30/20	2004 18' guardian, 54 gal plastic tank.. No fuel leaks! just vapor smell in bilge , vent is connected and working.. NO RAW FUEL SHOW UP ANYLWHERE.... POSSIBLE FUEL FILLER HOSE SATURATED???

The 2004 Guardian 18 is based on the 180 Dauntless. Many Dauntless owner reported the smell. If the boat is new to you, it may be a good idea to replace the fuel fill, supply and vent hoses to ensure you have alcohol resistant lines.
