If an Outrage 22 had 2 batteries in the center console, and if those batteries were placed off center (see attached diagram), what effect will this have on the trim?
EDIT Looks like attachments are not working, so here is a simple diagram.
(I uploaded the .jpg for you and it works just fine)

I relocated the battery to my console in my 1991 Outrage 17. It was under the starboard quarter seat and I placed on the centerline. I noted a significant difference in lateral and fore and aft trim. Standing a bit to port took care of the lateral trim change.
The effect of moving ~100lbs will be have an inpact but how much of an issue depends.
Where were the batteries before?
What was the boats lateral trim with that setup?
Its hard to tell how the trim is. A slight breeze has a bit effect on the trim because of the T Top and how light these boats are. I also sometimes have 40 pounds or so of sinkers in the cooler or somewhere else. I just never paid much attention of slight variations in trim
I am trying to figure out if the batteries are left aligned with the centerline of the boat, will that pull down the starboard a noticeable amount. I want to offset them in the console because I want to maximize the amount of storage space.
I guess I could always keep my sinkers on the port side to offset. I have a Super Console and on the port side, it has those pivot out compartments. I am eliminating the lower one and making it a pull down door. You can see in this concept drawing how I will have an isolated compartment behind that door to store fuel additives, tools, grease -- basically non everyday type items. I could keep my small pail of sinkers in there too.
Moved the batteries to the console and added a full sheet of marine grade Meranti in the console for the floor, shelving and battery boxes. The batteries are about 10 inches off center.
No noticeable issues with the boat listing to the starboard.
Looks like the static trim came up by about an inch in the stern.
