If not those do you mean the regular thru hull drains in the splashwell (2), floor sump, livewell and anchor locker? Any nylon thru hull side discharge fitting above the waterline should replaced with a stainless steel unit. These can be purchased through many vendors. The items in the reference photo below came from Wholesale Marine.
