I want to move the gas tank from under the center consul to under the seat
so i have more leg room, whats the part called that's flush mounted on the hull
floor. I need to drill into the channel that runs to the stern.
You want to install a grommet in the floor to protect the hose from chafing.
Once you drill the hole in the rigging tunnel, use epoxy or marine sealant to seal the hole.
If the hole in the floor is 7/8 or 1" diameter, you can insert a short brass drain tube with the flared end on the deck. Other options include rubber or plastic grommet.
