After reviewing the 160-Dauntless- Final-Assemby-and-Outfit-Sheet-1-of-2-1999 and supporting parts list, sorry to say the hinge is not detailed as it was included in the rod holder bracket.
I would take a hinge from the holder or the opposite side and measure it and do a bit of a search on the web. Bring the hinge with you to your local full service chandlery supply.
Place a blank sheet of paper behind the hinge. Show dimensions on the paper. Take a photo.
Post the photo here and we can do a root around the interwebs for ya.
