Member Posts: 890 Comments: 4 Joined: 05/08/06	Do NOT install a swim platform on a classic Whaler. There is limited areas with wood in the transom and they usually loosen up and get water inside. I never removed an aftermarket swim platform on a Whaler that did not have water intrusion to some extent. Buy a hook type ladder that goes over the side. 4 step should be fine and available on Amazon or at at any store including Wally world. 24 Whalers so far....
