2006 Outrage 240 Horn location and anchor light

Member Posts: 2 Comments: 0 Joined: 03/15/20	Hi all. I’m a new member here with a new to me 2006 Outrage 240. I noticed there is a horn switch on the instrument panel, however, I can’t find the horn itself and it doesn’t work. I’d like to repair it. Also, there doesn’t seem to be an anchor/stern light. Were these part of an optional electrical package that was not fitted to this boat? I’ve seen this from Nauset marine. Where does it go? If not, download a copy here: http://bostonwhaler.com.s3.amazonaws....l-2006.pdf The horn is located on the forward face of the console as shown on 2-4 of the manual. On the main electrical breaker panel, there is a breaker labelled HORN. Toggle off/on. If the mast did not come with the boat, it can be replaced. I would contact Nauset's Parts department and have them look up the number. It is a Perko pole but typically not a consumer product. Member Posts: 2 Comments: 0 Joined: 03/15/20	Wow. Thanks for the quick reply Phil. I have a hard copy of the manual and I had seen the PDF before. Will save it now. My issue is that I have the outrage logo where the horn should be and no mast light on the t top. I guess mine must have been optioned without these. I might look to Nauset for the parts and install them. Does anyone see any issues here? Will there be wiring pre-run? I’ve seen the breakers and they’re all good.
