What hatch? The one inside the cabin or the one to gain access to the deck? If the latter, you would just measure it and find a replacement in the same size. What is wrong with it?
In doing a search, there is a bit of a disagreement on the sizing.

I believe the size of the hatch on my 25' Outrage Cuddy is a series 40 (16 3/8 x16 3/8) I believe it is a flange style also. Lewmar makes the Ocean series hatch as well as the low and medium profile hatches. Lewmar part numbers for the ocean series is 39640070 (west marine part # 530980) Low profile hatch part number 39940030 (West Marine Part # 162839) Medium profile hatch part number 39940020 (West Marine part # 2678506) The low profile hatch is cheaper but only has a 8mm lens as compared to 12mm lens on the other hatches. Also all the lewmar hatches have a screen kit you can also buy. If you are looking for a cheaper hatch you may also use Bomar part number g966-1111 (West Marine part # 117897
So i ordered the style 40, however it's too small. The cutout for the 25 Outrage Cuddy is actually 19 15/16". I'm about to order the size 60 low profile... hopefully this one fits.
