Fisherman package side of console factory installed male trolling motor charging port (male) dislodged and fell into console.
A. What is the easiest way to get access inside lower portion of the console; and
B. Any ideas why the receptacle became dislodged such that merely pushing in the female electrical extension cord would cause it to separate from inside console wall and can it be repaired without opening the console assuming I can bring it up using a snake to recover it through the receptacle opening?
From the Boston Whaler Owner Resources section of the website, there are drawings for most, not all year/models.
For 2010, Dauntless 200, the Hull Outfit diagrams, sheet 2 of 3 shows the trolling panel installed in the bow gunnel cap, (Option #100-70203), the panel is item #23.
In reviewing several of the diagrams for the console, I didn't see a receptacle installed.
