Rear casting deck or platform?

Member Posts: 9 Comments: 0 Joined: 11/10/19	Hi, Has anyone ever built, or do they sell a platform for the rear of this boat? basically I'm looking for ideas to make a casting platform/ covering for a gas tank and batteries in the rear of the boat. I would still like room to walk behind my seat, so I wouldn't want the platform to extend super far out. Just enough to cover, batteries and a gas tank. and strong enough to stand on. Anyone have any pictures. I was looking at newer Makos this weekend that had something similar and was curious if BW has ever done something similar. Thank you, Andrew

I recall 1/2 a dozen owners have built either a rear seat/platform or a hybrid of both. Almost all are fabricated with wood. Ron has built what many would say is the best design.
