I'm about done restoring my 1992 13' Standard. I recently bought a like-new 2004 Mercury 25hp 2-stroke, long shaft that I've hung on her. The top bolts are the wing nut variety. The bottom of the bracket has two holes to bolt through the transom.
Question: does anyone know what length those bottom bolts should be? I have new 4" stainless ones. West Marine was out of 4.5". Wondering if I need something longer than the 4" ones I have. The boat is 1.5 hours away or I'd measure.
