If you have the OEM pads you can trim the interior edges. You can replace the pads (Sue @ Twin Cities) or install another material like 6 Dri-Dek squares (in almond). I would take this opportunity to replace the fuel line and primer bulb(s). Go with alcohol resistant hose (i.e. Trident) and OEM bulb. Member Posts: 5 Comments: 0 Joined: 07/03/18	I replaced the fuel tank on my 1994 Montauk with the 22 gallon Moeler tank. It fit like a glove, and fit perfectly inside the original pads. Plenty of clearance for the fuel line to access the hole. Really looks good under the seat.
