I am on the market for a mooring/storage cover for my 13 ft super sport. It has the 10" bow rail and I am looking for some advice on who makes the best fitting/most reasonably priced cover. I don't really need to have the motor covered.
It came with a beat up canvas cover but it did not go over the bow rail. It snaps under the rub rail and went around the bases of the bow rails with a cutout and two snaps. It sat flat over the bow area and had a reinforcing layer where the bench back rest is. I would love to find a replacement that is not a "custom". I went to my local canvas shop with my old one and they quoted me $950 to make a duplicate! I also called Mills canvas and the want over $850.
A few websites (like iboats) offer a few options for "over the rail" covers, but I was wondering if anyone had any other recommendation or suggestions on source.
GarryMalle, Any luck on finding a cover? I am in the market for a new one. I came across the Wm Mills and they look like the top of the line but I'm not sure $850 is worth it.

1987 Super Sport 13' - Johnson 2 stroke 40 hp
Went with a cover from Boat Covers Direct. Sunbrella fabric, 10 yr warranty, captains Navy color, with free tie down straps and center pole $357. I will let you know how it fits when it gets here in a few days.
