1973 13 Sourpuss under rear seat rail clamp

Member Posts: 8 Comments: 0 Joined: 02/21/18	Thanks Joe. Here is the bottom side of the rear seat and the support rails when I took them off. The back does screw in the rail with one screw but needs to be supported on some way. The original cushion is still on the seat and you can where this appears to be the only connection point. Without the brackets the rear section of the rail would have no support. Looks like I can only attach one pic at a time so I will post the rail pic next.

Will add that photo of the underneath seat clamps to the OEM parts photo section when I get a chance. The Whaler catalog does not even show those brackets. See attachment.
