I have a 1995 Rage 15 with the Evinrude 115 turbo jet jet drive. I had it on the lake but when I gave it full throttle the engine would just rev with little to no thrust and I could smell rubber burning. I could get some thrust with a small amount of throttle.Anyone know what the problem could be? Engine to gear box problem or impeller problem?
