Hey Fellers, what's the best way to git the paint of the inside of the hull? Is there a stripper that is gel coat friendly?
I will sand by hand some, much! But, would like to find an aggressive buffing wheel for my little orbital that will take the paint, but leave the gel. Is there such a disc?
Previous owner slathered on some resin with glass fabric. Guy covered the entire keel. There is a little rock damage that went through the gel coat. There are some hole in this job that are weeping water. My boat guy suggested I slap on some marine tech for the summer and fix this winter. The rest of the hull is OK. Any comments/helpful advice, Thanks
(corrected abbreviated year to full 4 digit year per guideline #1 at the top of this page)
