You could try calling one of this site's advertisers, Twin Cities Marine. Ask for Sue. Twin Cities is a Whaler dealer and is a good source of parts. It may be that some of these leaning posts are still available from Whaler.
If you can't find an OEM component, it would not be very difficult to make a custom version. The individual seats unbolt from the top of the livewell, and the leaning post just bolts on in their place. It would even be possible to improve on the OEM leaning post and create a design that better fits your wants/needs.
