I would like to make one out of Teflon but can not find a template. The Boston Whaler website quotes $243.00 USD for the cooler , cleats, hardware plus cushion. Unfortunately Boston Whaler will not sell direct so I must purchase from a dealer. The closest dealer is in Prince Edward Island and they quoted me $943.00 CDN. That is the tax (famous in Canada), shipping, and exchange rate................... :-) I need a template. g.c.

Give Sue a call, she is really great and just may be able to get you just the cleat. She supplies whaler owners in the US, Mexico, Canada and Europe. Send her an email and mention we recommended you contact her. Let us know the results.
