The finish is gelcoat, not paint. There is color matched gelcoat made for Boston Whalers color codes but it is sold in 2 sizes, quarts and gallons and is very expensive.
They also make a repair patch kit that contains the filler and gelcoat in one. I suggest you buy a patch kit (less expensive and less waste), grind out a bit of the repair and apply.
I would contact your local dealer's parts department, not sales AND Spectrum Color for availability and pricing. Personally, I order direct from Spectrum.
