After the frame and canvas are assembled can the unit be inserted into adjustable rod holders port and starboard and then each corner tied -off on the railings, perhaps tied to other rod holder's clamped onto the rails. Maybe the unit could be placed anywhere on the rails forward or aft utilizing clamp-on rod holders. Could avoid drilling holes in the decks. There are a lot of uses for clamp-on rod holder's.
