RECALL OF SELECT DISPOSABLE WALTER KIDDEE HAND PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS This message brings attention to vessel owners that Walter Kidde is recalling some of their disposable hand portable fire extinguishers with black plastic handles. These extinguishers are disposable (non-rechargeable) dry-chemical extinguishers with a 12-year lifespan. The recall does not involve rechargeable extinguishers that require yearly servicing.
