Currently have coffin lid off 1974 Outrage 21 drying. With exceptions of couple spots, wood is sound. Will spot patch, re-glass and install. Looking for ideas for sealing both fuel holes and gasketing for the lid. Thought about noodle sections to install around both in and out fuel lines. Also saw Starboard plates installed around fuel lines and caulked to seal. Also looked at rubber gasketing from West Marine for the lid seal. I know Jeff tackled this project big time. Any suggestions or ideas to get thing sealed real good. Thanks much for your help. By the way the lid has lost 20 pounds since dry out started this fall. Probably few more to go.
(changed abbreviated year to full 4 digit year for clarification)
